Historically, ChatGPT's knowledge was capped at 2021. However, with the new web browsing plugin, we can now retrieve and ask about the most up-to-date information.

For instance, let’s summarize the three most significant events of 2023 so far.

Section 1.2: Simplifying Complex Issues

Prompt:

Provide the current inflation rate in Poland and explain to a 12-year-old why it’s not decreasing as quickly as in other European countries.

This feature is a game-changer for programmers. Previous versions of ChatGPT struggled to utilize new libraries, relying instead on outdated code, which often led to issues. The introduction of browsing plugins resolves this concern.

For example, let’s employ the LangChain library (a new Python library for interacting with Large Language Models) to create a Summarization Chain.
