Here’s a straightforward survey template featuring nine questions, specifically designed for in-store food businesses. Feel free to modify it according to your objectives. It’s advisable to keep the survey under ten questions; longer surveys may deter customers from completing them. Capturing the customer's interest from the outset is crucial.
