Energy that feels stuck may arise from various sources, yet it is essential to remind yourself that this energy is not there to harm you. It doesn’t exist to bring you misery or unnecessary suffering. Energy is simply that—energy.
When blockages occur in the body—stemming from physical, emotional, or energetic traumas—the natural flow of light can become disrupted. It’s crucial to understand that these blockages are not your fault, nor is it your responsibility to bear them. They are not caused by ill intent or any form of curse.
If the chance arises to release this trapped energy and you find yourself able to do so, it may happen naturally. Should your higher self determine that a lesson has been learned, the blockage might dissolve on its own in a remarkable way.
If the underlying issues are more profound and merely observing your emotions doesn't facilitate their release, daily affirmations and prayers can effectively enhance your well-being, even if the results take time. Don’t lose heart!
At this moment, recognize that the energy has no personality, malice, or specific agenda. It simply ebbs and flows, moving in and out of various forms, creating dynamic toroidal fields within and around you.
