The Body: One of Your Four Inner Realms

In addition to your Body Kingdom, you also possess a Mind Kingdom, a Heart Kingdom, and the Kingdom of Your Essence. These "kingdoms" represent distinct centers of intelligence within you, each with unique strengths and challenges. The objective is to foster cooperation among these realms rather than allowing them to conflict.
