Eager to understand the effects of this decision, I committed to a full 30 days without any social media platforms. Here’s a recount of my experience and the enlightening lessons I discovered.
The first day without social media was quite peculiar. My usual morning routine, filled with notifications and feed browsing, suddenly felt empty.
