The heat of summer typically leads to a decrease in my appetite. On hot days, I often find myself preferring lighter meals, such as a refreshing salad or a juicy slice of watermelon. Additionally, the warmer weather encourages me to drink more water, which naturally reduces my food intake.
When I eliminate heavier options like meat and fast food from my diet, it is almost guaranteed that I will create a calorie deficit, ultimately resulting in weight loss.
