Understanding the Phases of Life's Final Journey

Chapter 1: The Concept of Dying
How many phases accompany the process of dying? The answer remains elusive, as various interpretations exist based on who is expressing them. Some suggest that the experience of death encompasses denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Ultimately, what one believes about death often reflects individual character and personal inclinations.
For me, the end of life represents a return to my origins. This understanding has been with me since birth and remains clear today. Even my experience with heart surgery—an ordeal I narrowly overcame—can be viewed as either a blessing or a curse.
Reflecting on the end of life, it is beneficial to cast aside the falsehoods many of us have internalized and instead remember our true essence: energy, cells, water, fire, air, and earth. The composition of our being is detailed below:
ENERGY (100%): "Cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be changed from one form to another." — Albert Einstein
CELLS (100%): Just as the cells formed you initially, they will reorganize after your departure.
WATER (70%): "All the rivers run into the sea, yet the sea is not full." — Richard Brautigan
FIRE (?%): The exact percentage is uncertain.
AIR (?%): Ultimately, we return to air.
EARTH (?%): And we return to earth.
Do not be concerned if these figures seem inconsistent; they will ultimately reconcile.
Recalling your true composition rather than the fabrications we've been told offers a sense of comfort, affirming that what you are will simply revert to its origin.
In essence, there's no reason to fear the stages of death. Instead, embrace them with tranquility. The only aspect that will vanish when you do is language itself. You will depart as you arrived—without words.
It's a cyclical journey.
