Awakening to Conscious Living: Embracing Energy and Frequency

Written on

Chapter 1: Understanding the Concept of Awakening

In this chapter, we delve into the essence of awakening and what it means to live fully in the present moment. When you encounter the notion of "waking up," it's essential to pay attention to the feelings it stirs within you.

What exactly are we waking up from? There are two states of existence: being asleep and being awake. Imagine if these two experiences were intertwined, with the dreamer at night also being the dreamer during the day. This idea may seem far-fetched, but if you sense a call to awaken, grasping this concept is a significant step forward.

There are two approaches to comprehending this idea: a gradual nurturing process or a sudden shock. The latter can lead to confusion and misunderstanding, so we will focus on a more nurturing approach.

Understanding Your Composition: The Atom

Atoms serve as the fundamental building blocks of all matter and are crucial in the realm of chemistry. While atoms can bond to create molecules, they cannot be further subdivided by typical chemical reactions.

Interestingly, the majority of an atom consists of empty space, with three primary subatomic particles—protons, neutrons, and electrons—making up the rest. Protons and neutrons reside in the nucleus, while electrons orbit around it. Protons carry a positive charge, whereas neutrons are neutral, resulting in an overall positive charge within the nucleus. Meanwhile, negatively charged electrons are drawn to this positive nucleus, forming a bond.

Ultimately, everything consists of atoms, and everything is energy, and fundamentally electric.

Energy and Frequency: The Connection

How do energy and frequency relate to one another? According to the equation E=hv, energy (E) is directly proportional to frequency (v). This means that an increase in frequency results in a corresponding increase in energy. In this equation, E denotes the energy of the photon, h represents the Planck constant, and v signifies the frequency of the photon.

You may have heard the phrase "raise your frequency." This highlights how frequencies can influence the energy and electricity within your body.

Understanding Subconscious Programming

Consider a couple of examples of how we have been conditioned over time.

  1. Place your palms together with fingers closed and press gently. Now, open your elbows widely while keeping your palms touching. You will notice a straight line from your elbows through your hands.
  2. At the end of a prayer, we typically say "Amen." What if this was meant to be pronounced as "AUM"? These three sounds can be articulated without changing the position of your tongue. When you chant "AUM," the vibrations can clear your mind.

Engaging in these practices, such as pressing your palms together or chanting, is not inherently religious; rather, they activate your own energy and frequency. They may be utilized in religious settings, but they serve a more universal purpose.

Awakening Your Senses

To further explore this concept, try looking at yourself in a mirror from a distance of about 30 centimeters or a foot. Focus on your facial features, then quickly glance back at your eyes. You may notice that your pupils remain still while your attention shifts.

This exercise reveals how we often see without truly observing everything around us. To expand your perspective, look through a window at a scene outside and focus on a small blemish on the glass. You will likely find that everything else blurs out.

With practice, you can train your vision to open up, allowing you to perceive a broader view rather than being fixated on narrow points.

The Trap of Subconscious Programming

Why do we carry subconscious programs, and how did they form? We all share a collective electrical frequency through a unified consciousness, learning from each other's experiences, including those of individuals who are no longer with us. While these programs can be beneficial for survival, they can also be manipulated or altered.

The busy mind serves as a trap. Learning to calm the mind signifies awakening. A tranquil mind fosters stability, allowing you to see the world as it is, free from the distortions of subconscious programming.

You don’t need continuous self-talk or entertainment; these distractions are traps that keep you preoccupied with trivial and sometimes harmful thoughts.

Chapter 2: Practical Exercises for Awakening

Discover the transformative power of mindfulness through music in this video, "Travis Scott - WAKE UP." The rhythm and energy of the song can inspire you to embrace the concept of awakening in your daily life.

In "Imagine Dragons - Wake Up (Official Music Video)," the visuals and message reinforce the importance of consciousness and living fully in the present moment.

By regularly practicing mindfulness and calming techniques, you can gradually awaken to a more empowered and conscious existence. It is not a religious practice, but rather a personal journey of self-discovery and inner peace.

Thank you for joining me on this exploration. May your path be filled with joy, tranquility, and kindness. Namaste.
